TET & RIS — when structure meets soul. A reinterpretation of the iconic Kyiv residential complex Tetris through the lens of design.
TET stands for structure, logic, and form. RIS — for rise, lightness, and emotion.
Together, they shape a space of sustainable luxury and quiet beauty.

The project we are about to present embodies the philosophy of "sustainable luxury" – a concept of responsible consumption and refined living based on natural materials, durability, and aesthetics. It was created for a young family that fully shares the philosophy of our studio.

The concept is built on a balance between aesthetics, functionality, and environmental consciousness. It is a space where natural materials are combined with care for local production and a mindful attitude toward resources. The interior features marble, wood, textiles, and brass accents — all contributing to a sense of natural beauty and understated elegance.
We collaborated with Ukrainian brands such as Levens (parquet) and Bassa (furniture), and integrated artworks acquired at charity auctions in support of Ukraine. By harmoniously blending local design with pieces from global brands, we created an atmosphere of true luxury — one that doesn’t shout, but reveals itself through textures and details.
The apartment is also equipped with a smart home system, enhancing both comfort and resource efficiency.

Living Room — The Heart of the Home
The living room combines dining and lounge areas, designed for warm gatherings. At its centre: a Rimadesio Long Island table with Poltrona Frau Isadora chairs. Vibia lighting adds softness and comfort.
In the lounge area: a Flexform Harper sofa, Bristol by Poliform coffee table, Burmester sound system, and SamsungTV. Panoramic windows open to the city and fill the space with natural light.

Kitchen — Quiet Luxury
The kitchen embodies the spirit of quiet luxury, using premium materials and advanced technologies. It is entirely crafted by the Italian brand Valcucine, renowned for its focus on ergonomics and sustainability. Built-in appliances by the Swiss brand V-ZUG ensure maximum comfort and functionality while remaining discreetly integrated into the design. A central kitchen island expands the workspace and creates a welcoming spot for a quick snack or conversation during cooking.
Guest Bathroom — Art in the Details This space becomes a true art piece thanks to a unique red marble sink that serves as the striking focal point of the interior.

Master Bedroom — An Island of Calm
The Flexform Gregory bed, Royal Botania Lunar wall lights, and Ligne Roset Pumpkin chair, Santa & Cole floor lamp, and &Tradition side table come together in perfect harmony of comfort and aesthetics. A softly arched wall structure with built-in reading lights frames the sleeping area. The highlight is a marble partition separating the bedroom from the walk-in wardrobe with a bio fireplace and a large mirror on the opposite side.

Master Bathroom — A Private Spa
A space designed for complete relaxation. A freestanding bathtub paired with a window-shaped mirror creates a serene focal point. The multi-mode shower, travertine, wood veneer, and microcement evoke a spa-like atmosphere. Fizi lighting by Articolo Studios adds refinement, while Cea Design fixtures bring technology and reliability.

Home Office — A Space for Work and Inspiration
A functional and comfortable setting for focused work. The Herman Miller Airia desk, Herman Miller Eames Soft Padchair, and Flexform WINNY sofa create an ergonomic workspace with a calm, inspiring atmosphere.

Children’s Room — A Place for Dreams
A thoughtfully designed space. The Oliver Furniture bunk bed offers a sleeping area above and a play zone below. The Sancal Nudo desk and Gropius CS1 chair by Ukrainian brand Noom Home complete the setting. Smart storage solutions encourage both organization and growth.

Children’s Bathroom — A Place for Imagination
The children’s bathroom is designed in light tones, featuring Caribbean marble where a child’s imagination can draw its own stories. This space combines aesthetics and practicality, creating a comfortable environment for the youngest members of the home.
