The interior of the project reflects the philosophy of sustainable luxury.
Natural materials — wood, stone, and textiles made from natural fibers — define the space. A palette of calm tones, ranging from warm beige and soft gray to deep green, creates a harmonious, organic atmosphere. Lighting fixtures and furniture with clean geometry add sophistication, balancing aesthetics and functionality.

Next to the kitchen is a living area with a large light-colored sofa and two accent green armchairs.
It’s a space for conversation, relaxation, and unhurried family gatherings, where soft natural tones and well-considered lighting create a warm atmosphere and highlight the stylish simplicity of the interior.

The centerpiece of the project is the new kitchen, which replaced the former living room. Thanks to its high ceiling, accent lighting, and thoughtful ergonomics, it has become the true heart of the home — a space designed for cooking with ease, gathering the family, and welcoming friends around a large table.

We treated the existing high-quality elements of the house with care. The stone flooring was preserved as part of the interior, serving as a reminder of the home’s history. At the same time, all windows were replaced with energy-efficient ones, in line with modern environmental standards and improved energy performance.
The ground floor also features a spacious master bedroom with its own walk-in closet and bathroom, providing a fully private space for relaxation.

On the upper level, two distinct worlds were created for the teenage son and daughter. Each has their own bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet — a solution that provides personal space and independence while maintaining the harmony of family life.

This project illustrates how contemporary design can seamlessly combine the comfort of family life, environmental consciousness, and the elegance of French architecture — creating a space for everyday comfort, active leisure, and special moments.

The interiors are crafted in our signature sustainable luxury approach: a harmonious color scheme, nuanced textures, and premium furnishings. Green accents enhance the connection to the surrounding landscape visible from the windows.

“When I first entered this space, my heart stopped. I was astounded - the view from the windows was incredible. It is a real pleasure to glaze at the sunset at the end of the work day in the walls of my favorite office with a team of like-minded people”, says Olga Bogdnaova. An architect is like an artist, the space around - it is a blank piece of paper, a canvas for creativity. To reach the effect of passe-partout, walls and ceiling were painted in French gray color. It is a neutral and comfortable for the eyes font which shows what is important.
The space of the office is an open space in which are connected workspaces, meeting area, and an open kitchen. The office of the main architect takes up a humble space and is cut off from the main zone only by glass doors. This is also the logic for sustainable luxury because the real treasure of a modern leader is the team from which there is no need to hide in an office behind closed doors.
